Northey Street City Farm has a number of workshops through the year for people wanting to learn about permaculture and beekeeping as well as farm tours.
Roman and Jana are a family of expats from the Czech Republic living in Brisbane have an inspiring blog about creating a garden (some would say food forest) in a rental, and hold regular talks, workshops and events around Bris, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast about living sustainably, propogating, making healthy soil, keeping bees and chickens!
